Hola amigos!

My story...

I am a Personal Trainer, Pole Instructor, Mixed Movement Aficionada.

From running around as a kid across the Macizo Colombiano, to competing in track and field events across the UK and France. I then stumbled across pole with Anna M at Polefit in London 2018 and have been honing my pole skills in Vancouver ever since.

I am passionate about pushing my physical and mental boundaries, and take coaching to ensure continual and consistent growth. My curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new practices have introduced me to: Acrobatics/Microbatics, Contortion, Hand-balancing and Olympic Lifting.

Vision:

Move freely.

If flying or wrapping yourself around a metal pole is not your cuppa tea, perhaps you’ll love to hike pain free or conquer your first pull-ups, catch a ball & throw with your young one without yanking your shoulder out.

I’m here to understand your WHY.

Show you how to implement HABITS.
