Four ways in.

Every one of them starts the same way: a free fifteen-minute video call to see if we're a fit. You tell me what you want your body to do, I tell you where I'd start and which of these it is. No programme sent before we've spoken.

01

Book the call.

Fifteen minutes on video, whenever suits you. London time or yours.

02

We talk.

Fifteen minutes to see if we're a fit: what you want, what's got in the way, what I'd do about it. If it helps, show me a squat or a hang. Not required.

03

We start, or we don't.

If it fits, I'll say which door and what the first four weeks look like. If I'm not the right coach for you, I'll say that too.

What does it cost?
Packs and one-off sessions, both. Get in touch and I'll send you the rates for what you're actually after.
Where do the sessions happen?
If you have a home gym, or a pole at home, I can come to you. If you don't, we can hire a studio or a gym instead. That hire isn't included in my rate, so it sits on top of it.
Do you take complete beginners?
Of course. All levels are welcome.
What if I'm injured?
You'll need to be cleared to train by your physio or your doctor first. Once you are, I'll adjust as much as I can around it.
How does online coaching work?
We start on a video call to go through your goals, and I assess where you're at. Then I write you a programme, and you film your sessions so I can see how it's going and keep it moving.
How long before I feel a difference?
That's individual, and it depends where you're starting from. What I will tell you is that this is the long haul. I'm not the trainer who promises you a small waist and a big bum in six weeks for the summer holiday.
