Whatever your goals are for personal training, incorporating movement into your every day life is an essential element in learning any physical skill.

When tailoring your training plan, I take a holistic approach by considering everything from your lifestyle habits, career and previous physical training whilst also taking into account your individual physique and every day movements. This allows for the correct load vs capacity calculations to find the right plan for you.

I know that half the battle in achieving your goals is finding consistency and motivation. I focus on making sure we build a routine that starts where you are and evolves with your motivation and energy levels. Keeping you growing and improving over time to not only reach your goals, but maintain them.

I use body weight training to improve pole skills. To avoid injury, conditioning is necessary, using activities that can be done at home, in the park or at the gym.

If you prefer vertical training, then pole is for you! More of a horizontal person? Then calisthenics is the way to go. Whatever your style, I have what suits your preferences.
